I spent two decades inside enterprise systems — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics — as a consultant and project manager for supply chains across Europe. I grew up in a German-speaking community in Romania, learned five languages along the way, and built a career on precision, logistics and getting complex things delivered.
What that career could not deliver was an answer to the quieter question of why functioning well and living well are not the same thing. I went looking for that answer the long way: years of therapy, training, retreats and study — and a considerable amount of money — spent on my own healing before I ever guided anyone else's. Some of it worked. Much of it didn't. Learning to tell the difference became the foundation of everything I do now.
Today I work where psychology, spirituality and biology meet: in the therapy room, at the retreat table, and in writing about how we might suffer less and live more honestly. The corporate years were not a detour — they taught me how to hold structure, which turns out to be exactly what deep inner work requires.
If any of this sounds like where you are now, the BioPsyche Renewal Protocol is where I would begin — it is the map I wish someone had handed me.
